Due to the personalized nature of astrological consultations and rituals, refunds are generally handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive for customer satisfaction and will address any legitimate concerns regarding our services.

2. Consultation Services (Phone, Face-to-Face):

Cancellation/Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to astrologer availability.
Refunds:
- Refunds for completed consultations are typically not provided, as the service has been rendered.
- If you experience technical issues during a phone or video consultation that prevent the service from being completed, we will offer a rescheduled appointment or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- If the Astrologer cancels the appointment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Rituals and Ceremonies (Homams, Japams, etc.):

Cancellation/Rescheduling:
- Once a ritual or ceremony has been scheduled and preparations have begun, cancellations are generally not permitted.
- Rescheduling may be possible, but it is subject to the availability of the priests and the specific requirements of the ritual.
Refunds:
- Refunds for completed rituals or ceremonies are not provided.
- Refunds for rituals that have had preparations started, but not completed, are subject to a partial refund, that will be determined by the amount of work already completed.

4. Digital Reports:

Refunds:
- Due to the nature of digital reports, refunds are typically not provided once the report has been delivered.
- If there is a verifiable problem with the delivered report, such as a corrupted file, we will provide a replacement.
